Delivery & Cancellation


We currently offer free delivery worldwide. All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express, and Singapore orders will be delivered via Singpost service.
Once your order has been packaged and dispatched, a DHL tracking number will be sent to you via email so you can track your item online and follow its progress.

Confirmed orders will be dispatched the next working day and will be delivered to you via DHL Express within 5 business days for international orders. For Singapore orders, items will be delivered within 3 business days.

Delivery time may be affected if the order is shipped to remote locations or by custom delays. If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us here.

Duties and taxes

Custom duties and taxes may be incurred in some countries. If any such additional charges are incurred, they must be rendered at the point of, or before delivery in your country to clear customs. 

We are unable to give you an estimate of the customs and taxes (if any), as this is determined and calculated at your country.

cancellation of orders

Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with COEN ANDERS via email or our contact form. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. 

After which, the customer should notify COEN ANDERS via email or by our contact form of his or her intention to return the product. 

We will accept returns and exchanges that are sent back to us within 7 business days of receipt. Delivery charges incurred for returns and exchanges will not be covered by us.
